OPS evolved from a transition that occurred in my own career path. I had spent 20 years in retailing at every level of service. Working in Store Operations to Real Estate Prospecting, Human Resources, Marketing and Special Projects. With my retail experience and seeing a trend declining in retail, I discovered medical management and took my skill set to retail medicine. Working with independent medical practices on sustainability and growth strategies.
In my time working as a business consultant on those practices I was able to identify and implement best operations to help grow those businesses. We always start with patient experience and developing human resources. I truly love what we do and who we work with in the management consulting world. Empathy is a driver to success.
With over 15 years of office experience in both established and start up practices. Danielle's attention to detail and problem solving skills make her a perfect fit for office operations, management consulting, marketing events and human resource set-up. George is head of Real Estate Leasing & Acquisition and Practice Transitions at OPS. He has 23 years of as a business consultant, consulting in business development and marketing in the service, manufacturing and O&G industries through out the Midwest, Colorado and Southeast United States.
His management consulting focus is on business start-up and development, marketing and sourcing capital. He is an aggressive networker and has a wide variety of business associates.
