Sari brings over 30 years of experience to her leadership role as Principal of Office and Practice Solutions (OPS), a consulting firm in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Sari enjoyed a successful career in buying and operations for a regional retail chain, then managed real estate development for a large national retailer. Afterward, Sari gained considerable personal exposure to countless healthcare practices. She identified that the needs and challenges of independent healthcare practitioners, as well as small business owners, are no different than any large organization. No matter the size, each is driven by vision, strategy, efficiency, and profitability.
Sari’s breadth of expertise lies in coaching, business strategy and operations, marketing, real estate development, lease negotiations, employee development and engagement, practice transitions, and patient experience. Her firm provides clients both large and small all the tools they need to manage and grow their businesses.
