
Sari brings over 30 years of experience to her leadership role as Principal of Office and Practice Solutions (OPS), a consulting firm in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Sari enjoyed a successful career in buying and operations for a regional retail chain, then managed real estate development for a large national retailer. Afterward, Sari gained considerable personal exposure to countless healthcare practices. She identified that the needs and challenges of independent healthcare practitioners and small business owners are no different from those of any large organization. No matter the size, each is driven by vision, strategy, efficiency, and profitability.
Sari’s breadth of expertise lies in coaching, business strategy and operations, marketing, real estate development, lease negotiations, employee development and engagement, practice transitions, and patient experience. Her firm provides clients both large and small all the tools they need to manage and grow their businesses.

Jean serves in a dual leadership capacity at OPS, supporting both business development and internal operations. As Business Development Executive, Jean prepares client business plans and financial projections to support loan requests and startup initiatives. She oversees internal financial management including banking, billing, and collections, while also providing recruiting support and developing client marketing creative.
As Office Administrator, Jean manages contract preparation, client marketing and training materials, sourcing of business partners, and direct client support. She plays a critical role in trade show coordination, internal training, intern mentorship, and the development of newsletters and social media content. Jean’s attention to detail and operational discipline provide the structural backbone that allows OPS to deliver high-level client service.

As Business Operations Coordinator at Office and Practice Solutions (OPS), Cooper supports the execution of client and internal initiatives to ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish. She plays a key role in keeping workflows organized, timelines on track, and deliverables aligned with client goals.
Her responsibilities span across project coordination, internal business operations, and supporting both marketing and recruiting efforts for client practices. From assisting with contract preparation and documentation to helping drive talent acquisition and brand visibility, she contributes to the systems and processes that power OPS and the success of the practices it serves.

Hannah supports OPS’s recruitment initiatives by assisting in candidate sourcing and applicant tracking. She works closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely communication, organized candidate pipelines, and strong alignment between client needs and candidate qualifications.
Her role strengthens the firm’s ability to manage high-volume hiring while maintaining personalized attention to both clients and candidates.

As Director of Marketing for Office and Practice Solutions, Alexander leads brand strategy, digital growth, and strategic communications across OPS and Medis Jobs LLC. He is responsible for shaping the company’s narrative, strengthening market positioning, and expanding visibility within the dental and healthcare industries.
He oversees website management, digital advertising, and social media strategy, including paid campaigns and content development across multiple platforms. From WordPress management to analytics-driven optimization, Alexander ensures consistent, engaging messaging that connects dental professionals with meaningful career opportunities.

Tommy provides operational and project management support at Office and Practice Solutions (OPS), helping coordinate the many moving pieces involved in launching and optimizing healthcare practices. His strengths lie in organization, follow-through, and maintaining momentum across complex initiatives.
He assists with vendor coordination, construction timelines, equipment planning, and workflow implementation. Tommy ensures that no detail is overlooked and that clients experience a streamlined and efficient process from concept through completion.

Matthew supports OPS’s social media presence and digital engagement efforts. He assists in content creation, platform management, and campaign coordination to ensure consistent, professional brand visibility.
His role contributes to strengthening client marketing exposure and enhancing OPS’s communication across digital channels.
